Our Team

Jay Chambers is the pastor and planter of Flourish Covenant Church. Jay has been in the ministry for 12 years, has a Masters of Divinity from Midwestern Theological Seminary, and is currently working on his Ph.D. in Expository Preaching. He is a dynamic expository preacher who prioritizes the text of the Bible.

His wife Alexis is a mother, watercolor artist, and Sunday school teacher.  With her love and knowledge of scripture and giftedness to teach, she is excited to establish a women’s teaching ministry as well as a childern's ministry. Together, they have a beautiful daughter, Alice Jane.
